CLUSTER
ABOUTTHE CLUSTER
The EUDATA+ Cluster is a collaboration of six projects focused on monetisation and data exchange as a result of the European Commission’s encouragement of collaboration between projects funded by the institution and its various programmes, such as Horizon Europe.
However, this collaboration has evolved into something more substantial, aimed at aligning the projects around common goals and facilitating knowledge transfer between them. This partnership is designed to ensure greater reach and impact, enabling the projects to support each other and increase their overall effectiveness in advancing data monetisation and sharing technologies.
DATA LIFECYLE

MAIN PILLARS OF
In order to ensure the smooth running of the cluster and to make the most of both the collaboration between projects and their participation in various events, the cluster is governed by the following fundamental pillars:
MEET THE PROJECTS

PISTIS is a European funded project that aims to develop a reference platform for the sharing/trading and monetisation of the proprietary data of an organization, guaranteeing a secure, trusted and controlled exchange and usage of data assets and data-driven intelligence.
The project will advance the available techniques and technologies, such as federated data discovery and sharing, DLTs, data non-fungible tokens (NFTs), AI-driven data quality assessment and monetisation, to build trust among stakeholders and assuage their concerns.

FAME is a joint effort of world-class experts in data management, data technologies, the data economy, and digital finance. The FAME marketplace will alleviate the
proclaimed limitations of centralized cloud marketplaces towards demonstrating the full potential of the data economy.
FAME’s developments will be integrated in a single federated data marketplace platform, which will become (openly and publicly) accessible based on OpenAPIs. The platform will be operational in a federated cloud environment with multiple providers of different types of data assets, including datasets,

UPCAST Project provides a set of universal, trustworthy, transparent, and user-friendly data market plugins for the automation of data sharing and processing agreements between businesses, public administrations and citizens. Our plugins will enable actors in the common European data spaces to design and deploy data exchange and trading operations.
UPCAST Project will support the deployment of Common European data spaces by consolidating and acting upon mature research in the areas of data management, privacy, monetisation, exchange and automated negotiation, considering efficiency for the environment as well as compliance with EU and national initiatives, AI regulations and ethical procedures

enRichMyData delivers an open software toolbox – the enRichMyData toolbox – comprising practical, robust and scalable components to support organizations in enriching their data with reference data they may have limited knowledge of, as well as supporting data providers in making their data reusable and available in data enrichment processes.
The toolbox lowers the technological entry barriers by providing support for the definition of highly scalable and replicable data enrichment pipelines through a set of tools and infrastructure services related to capabilities needed during the lifecycle of enrichment pipelines. The toolbox makes the data enrichment process accessible to a broader set of stakeholders by reducing the required expertise and enhancing the tool support level.

Graph-Massivizer researches and develops a high-performance, scalable, and sustainable platform for information processing and reasoning based on the massive graph representation of extreme data. It delivers a toolkit of five open-source software tools and FAIR graph datasets covering the sustainable lifecycle of processing extreme data as massive graphs. The tools focus on holistic usability (from extreme data ingestion and massive graph creation), automated intelligence (through analytics and reasoning), performance modelling, and environmental sustainability tradeoffs, supported by credible data-driven evidence across the computing continuum.

DATAMITE delivers a modular, open-source and multi-domain Framework to improve data monetising, interoperability, trading and exchange in the form of software modules, training and business materials for European companies, empowering them to become new relevant players in the data economy. The project aims to revolutionalise the European Data Market by helping users, such SMEs, large enterptises and public administrations, to better monetize, govern and enhance the trust of their data, empowering them to become new relevant players in the data economy.
